Sessions have to be planned based on the fitness and skill level of each individual athlete.

Most sessions will include:
Warm-up with dynamic stretching
LOTS OF TOUCHES ON THE BALL AND FOOTWORK WITH THE BALL! (regardless of position)
Strength and Conditioning (as needed and/or requested)
Focus on first touch (all parts of the body)
Cool down with stretching

Beyond that sessions may contain a variety of options:
Dribbling at speed while remaining aware of options on the rest of the field
Passing (weight of pass at different distances)
Ability to properly drive a ball (relevant to clearing, passing and shooting)
Finishing (not just shooting!)
Proper technique for defending (closing distance, pressure on the ball, winning the ball back)
1-on-1 Attacking
1-on-1 Defending
Decision making and playing quickly
Etc.
