1991–1992 – Head Coach, Mamaroneck High School (Finalist Season)
Led the Mamaroneck High School boys’ soccer team to a finalist position in the 1991–1992 season, establishing a reputation for strong tactical leadership and player development.
1993–2004 – Director of Coaching, Larchmont Recreation & Travel Soccer Program
Oversaw all coaching and player development programs for both recreational and travel divisions. Mentored youth players and implemented structured training programs emphasizing technical growth and teamwork.
2004–Present – Founder & President, Golden Touch Soccer Club (Boys & Girls, Ages 5–18)
Established Golden Touch Soccer Club, focusing on the technical, physical, and mental development of young athletes. The club has produced numerous elite players and remains a leading youth soccer institution in the region.
2015–2016 – Golden Touch Soccer Club Affiliated with Boys Surf Soccer Club
Formed a developmental partnership to expand player exposure and elevate competitive standards through collaboration with one of the top national youth clubs.
2018 – Boys Youth Director, Westchester FC (MLS Next Soccer Club)
Directed youth development for MLS Next teams, emphasizing elite performance pathways and holistic player growth through tactical intelligence, mental resilience, and physical conditioning.
2001–2024 – Golden Touch Soccer Club Affiliated with Westchester Flames (USL 2)
In partnership with the Westchester Flames, created a feeder system for youth players, bridging the gap from grassroots development to elite-level competition.

Westchester Community College (1976)
Position: Central Defensive Midfielder (CDM)
Earned All-Region honors for outstanding performance and leadership in midfield. Recognized for tactical intelligence, defensive awareness, and ability to control the game’s tempo.

Keene State College (1975–1976)
Position: Central Defensive Midfielder (CDM)**
Contributed as a dominant presence in central midfield, known for vision, composure under pressure, and effective ball distribution.

Seba United – Jamaica Premier League (1978–1979)
Position: Striker**
Transitioned successfully into an attacking role, recording 12 goals during the 1978–1979 season. Helped lead Seba United to one of their strongest campaigns with consistent goal scoring and attacking versatility.

Iraklis F.C. – Greece Premier League (1982–1983)
Position: Central Defensive Midfielder (CDM)**
Competed at the highest level in Greek football, demonstrating high tactical awareness, physical endurance, and exceptional ball recovery skills against top European competition.

Breathing exercises: Techniques to stay calm and focused under pressure.

4. Physical Conditioning (10 minutes)

Agility drills: Ladder drills, cone sprints, and quick direction changes.
