60-Minute Training Session

I focus on technical skills, tactical awareness, and mental toughness while keeping sessions fun and engaging. Each session includes:

• Warm-Up & Ball Mastery: Dynamic stretches, dribbling, turning, and shielding

• Technical & Tactical Drills: Passing, first touch, 1v1 decision-making, small-sided games

• Agility & Conditioning: Speed, balance, and core exercises

• Game-Like Scenarios: Combining skills under pressure to improve decision-making

• Cool Down & Reflection: Stretching and goal-setting for the next session

Coach Winston Buddle is a very unique coach. Ex- professional who played in Europe when teams were allowed to have only two (2) foreign players. Coach Buddle is very knowledgeable and sets high standards and expectations for all his players. While many coaches try to just appease, he strives for perfection. He will identify the player’s strengths and focus on improving the player’s challenges. If a player is willing to work hard coach Buddle will get the player to the next level. My son Dionisios “Dio” was lucky to have Coach Winston Buddle as his youth coach and afterwards as his trainor. He helped Dionisios excel and elevate his game, eventually winning, as the captain of his HS Fordham Prep Varsity team, the 2024-25 Treble (NY City Championship, Regional and NY State Championship). Dionisios was also voted Most Valuable Midfielder and All Conference Team Player. Currently Dionisios plays for Met Oval MLS Next Academy. Coach Buddle’s voice still resonates “use your left”. Playing for Golden Touch soccer club provide me with the skills,physical and mental part of the game that allowed me play at the next level. From Winston’s technical sessions playing against top apponents in the country all provided with the opportunity to continue my career at the Division 1 College level.
Coach Winston Buddle played an instrumental role in my son Gianluca’s soccer journey. From the age of five, Winston not only introduced Gianluca to the game but laid the foundation for his development with a focus on core skills, discipline, and love for the sport. Under Winston’s guidance until age nine, Gianluca grew tremendously—both as a player and a person. Winston’s coaching was more than just technical; it was deeply supportive and inspiring. Gianluca’s progression through the NYCFC Academy, where he captained every level from U12 to U18, is a testament to the strong base Winston helped build. In March 2025, Gianluca made his professional debut with NYCFC 2, and he now continues his journey at Furman University in Greenville, SC. None of this would have been possible without Winston’s early mentorship. His dedication, patience, and belief in Gianluca’s potential made all the difference.
