More About Coach Windell
I am the Assistant coach and head goalkeeper coach for Washington Adventist University. I also coach UPSL goalkeepers for CD Laurel. I work with athletes from various ages as young as seven years old to adults. I aquired goalkeeper diploma. I also have a Master's degree in Mental health.
During my time as player I have played at various from community College, four NAIA school and semi pro/professional. I played at Waterhouse FC in Jamaica which is the highest level of foot in the country. I then went on to play for Harford Community College then moving on to play for Washington Adventist University.
When in a session I aim to not only get the body right but also the mind. The sessions surround various drills as well improving techniques. During a session I explain the benefits of what we are doing and why we need to do it.
