I’m a professional boxer that coaches children between fights. I have not been active since COVID hit and currently in the process of returning to professional ring.
I’m a professional boxer that is still active. I’m 36 years old and have been boxing since I was 15. Previously at the age of 13-15 I held two world titles in kickboxing. My professional boxing record is 21-2
My amateur record consists of over 400 bouts.
I hold multiple gold medals and titles from all over the world. I have been recognized as an international master of sports and I enjoy training kids and adults .
I can focus on specific needs of a client and built challenging workout based on physical ability and overall heath. I don’t believe in overtraining. Physical endurance and strength is achieved over time, not overnight. With that comes a lot of challenges. Ability to force yourself to work out and absolute will to continue to do so.
Some people give up after few sessions, because they think it’s too hard. A trainer should also focus on mental support in order to successfully train someone’s. As a pro athlete , I strongly believe that mental stability is crucial in sports and proper support has to always be present to help keep pushing forward .
