I was a National team member for Bulgaria-'94 to '99. Olympic Games-Atlanta '96. National Champion for '95'99. Wold Championship-Japan'95, China '99, European Championship-England '96, Shvetsia '98, Grand Priex-Germany '96.

It is important to have strong Technic base, warm up is always necessary to begin practice, and conditioning and flexibility are important for strength and stability.
