I always worked in the most popular gyms of my country. As for my main skill I would like to mention the following: providing accountability, motivation, utilizing the general principles of bodybuilding, feedback and support to meet client's goals among of them: bulking up, sheding weight, desire to be in good shape. I have been practiced different methods of powerlifting with some my clients during 2 months and reached results of bench press which differ from initial by 25 lbs.

Extensive knowledge of healthy nutrition enables me to create different diets for my clients. In general, I use a various methods and systems in the training process which are closely linked between themselves and provide diversity and a great results to the clients. They have got improving mobility, strength, stamina and high spirits day-to-day thanks to the implementation of these complexes.
