My youth playing career I played for Herndon travel , Sya Excel , and Dc United Academy. I played for my high school all four years. As I got older I had an opportunity to play college and professionally in Nigeria, but because of injuries and bad timing it did not pan out. After my playing career was over due to injuries , I decided to immediately get into coaching, and have been studying the game and coaching for nine years now. My overall dream would be to coach at the professional level. I have my Us soccer coaching license, and am working on getting my uefa licenses. I have work with with Bethesda, great falls , Reston travel, and currently coach for Fc Valor now. I can work with all ages specify on improving players technique, my philosophy is technique over athleticism.

My biggest award for soccer we’re winning the state cup, and getting voted all Met for high school. I wanted to keep this short but it requires that I put 140 characters in this. So I’ll go into detail, one of the biggest achievements that I had was making the dc United academy team and getting on tv. Another accomplishment that I got was being voted best player in the Dc metropolitan area for soccer my senior year for high school. As for college soccer I had offers but wanted to play overseas, unfortunately I tore my Achilles tendon and also had groin injuries. I have since recovered from those injuries and am good to go now. I like to develop good players that are technical and will have the potential to play pro or at least play at the highest level possible they can , some of the players I helped play pro were; Ted Ku dipietro who is a starter for Dc United’s professional team, another player is Masai, who plays in Greece first division and for his national team, and Mikey who plays first division in Czech Republic.

My typical session is usually an hour or a little more, I like to work on technique strictly, we would start with some one touch passing, then first touch with balls coming into you hard, and then working on being able to manipulate the ball with your first touch or with your cuts or soft touches. My belief is that if you can be technically sound, then you will always be comfortable wherever you play, which will then allow you to make any team you try out for.
