More About Coach Tyler
I have five years of experience training athletes ranging from ages 7 to 30, including youth and collegiate-level individuals. I began my career under the guidance of a mentor, which provided a strong foundation in athletic development, and later transitioned into operating independently as a personal trainer. Throughout my career, I have worked with a variety of athletes to enhance their strength, conditioning, and performance. My typical clientele includes youth athletes as well as those competing at higher levels, such as in college athletics. I am also a certified personal trainer, which has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to train athletes effectively and safely.
I have a strong background in both track and football, with numerous athletic accomplishments. In track, I qualified for the California State Finals in the 60-meter dash during both 5th grade and my senior year of high school, and I am a three-time VOL champion in the 100m, 200m, and long jump. I competed at the collegiate level in track at Modesto Junior College, where I continued to excel. In football, I was a three-time VOL champion, a CIF Sac-Joaquin Section runner-up, and received an invitation to compete at the Nike The Opening Regional Combine, where I competed alongside top football recruits from across the country.
In a typical session, clients can expect a structured and supportive environment that emphasizes both individual growth and team camaraderie. I offer both group and one-on-one training, and I encourage my athletes to build connections with one another to create a family-like atmosphere where everyone supports each other through the shared grind of training. Each session includes a comprehensive warm-up, static and dynamic stretching, ladder drills, form work, an athlete-specific workout tailored to their goals, core strengthening, and a proper cool down. My training focuses heavily on mindfulness, technique, and core development, though I always adapt my approach to meet the specific needs of each athlete.
