The session would start with a dynamic warm up to make sure muscles are prepared for high intensity work. We would do some speed and agility work after the warm up. The ball will be incorporated in the speed and agility to focus on ball control and skill work. We would progress through the sessions focusing on topics like: Ball Control, Passing, Shooting, Heading, 1st Touch, 1v1 attacking, 1v1 defending, Crossing & Finishing.
