A coach is a teacher whose results are not measured exclusively in wins but also the character of his team and disciplines they carry forward in life. In this way Coach Ziller is the best coach my son had and he lettered in four different sports. On a practical level what I witnessed was a coach that came to every practice organized, executed a plan that was developed for the entire season and who was able to make adjustments for the weaknesses that invariably show once play begins — a coach who was able to turn the team around after 0-3 deficit.
