First we will go through an assessment which will include a discussion and a short field test. Then I typically take video that I will analyze and send to the athlete. The remainder of the session will be drill work and a written recommendation of strengths, weakness and things the athlete will need to do consistently in order to improve.

Tony was great. We've only had one session so far and he packed in a ton of stuff in a one hour period, which was great, and his follow up was fast and thorough.

I had a great session with Tony who provided insightful advice about tips for improving my running form and overall fitness. He also came prepared and took some videos with a go-pro to provide additional feedback on my running stances with a video and picture breakdown that he sent me afterwards. Tony took the time to understand my level of running and my goals and sent me videos and articles to practice on my own. Would definitely recommend his expertise for your next coach-up session!

There were lots of things I loved about working with you last year. * You are always available * You readjusted my schedule every time I got injured * You understand I like to do 2 or 3 workouts a day * You understand I have Lyme but for the most part am okay * You understood my fitness level * You were extremely helpful every day I trained * I had a weeks plan waiting for me so if I could not do a long run on any given day, I could swap it to make it work * You gave me three different plans for race day to accomplish different times * Well, I could go on and on and on but I thought it was fab working with you.
