Experience coaching and training athletes of all ages, ranging from little league athletes to pros. Worked at numerous high schools in Maryland as a football coach and a speed and agility trainer.

We will begin each training cycle with an initial performance evaluation. This evaluation will consist of NFL combine tests such as the 40 yd dash, the vertical jump test, the broad jump test and the 15 yard short shuttle. These tests will help us to see what areas we need to focus our training on and show us what the current fitness level and training capability of the athlete is. After the evaluation is complete, we will use several drills, exercises and training methods that have been proven successful on the high school, college and professional levels to enhance the power, foot speed and body control of our athletes. Our athletes will be taught proper sprinting mechanics and get to utilize speed ladders, speed hurdles, weight vests, power parachutes and other training equipment that will help them to develop superior athleticism. Each session lasts about an hour, starting with a dynamic warmup, then transitioning to power and agility drills, then finishing with speed drills. Sport specific drills will be incorporated into the workouts to ensure that our athletes are able to effortlessly translate and apply their improved speed and agility into sport specific situations.
