I have been coaching soccer for 6 years now. I coached all ages and levels. From 8-30 years old, College students,semi-professional players, and people that want to have fun and improve their soccer skills. I currently coach at North Central College and we are 15-1-1 this season. I am from Argentina, and when I was there, I was an assistanc coach of a semi-professional soccer club. My entire life I have been very passionate about sports and being able to coach people and see them improve is a blessing for me. In rgards to any certifications, I do not have any of them. I have a personal trainer certification but I mever got a coaching certification. I believe that my past experience as a soccer player and my passion for the sport is enough for me to guide someone to success.

I started playing soccer when I was four years old. However, it became very serious when I was about thirteen years old when I started playing for a semi-professional team in Argentina. When I was sixteen, I was named captain of them team and I lead my team to three titles. For one of them, I was the top-scorer of the league, with 38 goals in 22 games, for the other two, I had the most assists of the tournament. When I was eighteen, I decided to come play to a college in the United States. I came to NCC, where I played for 4 years and now I am the assistant coach of that team. So my ¨career¨ as a soccer player has been very successful and I want to coach and help people be successful as well, and I believe I am qualified to do that. . I was part of the “regional coaching staff of the year” on 2021.

I like to focus my sessions depending on the goal of the client. However, I try to follow a specific routine for every session. This routine consists of: Proper warm-up, technical work, specific drills for the client based on their goals, ¨fun and productive work¨, and proper cool-down and stretch.

Proper warm-up (5-10 minutes): dynamic movements that gets the blood flow going to prevent any injuries.

Technical work (10-20 minutes): passing drills, work on first touch, work on movement on and off the ball.

specific drills for the client based on their goals (15-20 minutes): depending on what position they play, work on defending shape, headers, shooting, crosses, etc.

fun and productive work (5-10 minutes): do something that the client enjoy but at the same time is beneficial for them such as working on free kicks, working on penalty kicks.

proper cool-down and stretch (5 minutes): static stretch to recover and prevent any injuries.
