I ran a 4.28 in the 40yd dash which can be verified! I have a track and field background, and I played at Chaminade Madonna And won a state Title. I also played running back at Troy University in Alabama for 4 years winning 4 conference championships.

My focus is in all aspects of physical performance which includes: Speed, Agility, & Conditioning. An athlete can expect a thorough warm up followed by an intense workout session that is guaranteed to produce results, and is concluded with a thorough stretch.
