I have coached ages 8-18 over the past decade at clinics in TX. I have also helped coached Carolina Thunder's 12u 14u and 16u teams.
I have given pitching and defensive lessons from 2002-current. I recently Opened Signature Softball as a personal business of mine to help young ladies and women of all ages learn the power of discipline, focus, humility, goal setting, and the game of softball. Specializing in areas of Pitching, Hitting, Defense, Offense, Speed, Agility, Endurance, Delayed Gratification, and most importantly Mental Conditioning (toughness)
I grew up in Wichita Falls, TX where I began playing softball at age four and pitching at age six. I was invited to play with elite travel ball teams from age 12 and began spending my summers traveling all over the US playing and learning more and more about the sport I love! I competed and placed in top 6 regional and national brackets for six years. During my freshman year, I tried out for varsity and made the cut at a 5AA high school. I was the starting pitcher all four years. I was offered a scholarship to OSU however for personal reasons I had to turn it down. I then played as a walk on at a Junior College for one year before I had to relocate from TX to Clemson SC. Clemson did not have a softball team, only a club that plays in all the major pre-season tournaments. I was picked up by them and played pitcher, short stop and first for 1 year. I have also worked at several clinics in TX.
*5-8 min body warm up/ stretching * 5 min arm warm up *5 min cool down stretching. Goal setting, and follow up. I also ask the player to bring a note book to her practice to write down what she took away from the lesson and her action plan for in between sessions.
*Pitching- The very first session is what I like to call a "scouting" session. Especially if you have already been pitching, (this goes for hitting, fielding and throwing) I like to evaluate your mechanics, fundamentals, and knowledge of the mound. Afterwards I will work on putting together a specific package based on the atheletes needs. Then we will go forward from there.
The same will apply to defense, offense, and mental conditioning.
Scouting session- 30 mins $30 for defense/hitting and $40 for pitching (40mins)
Personal packages will be emailed to the parent the next day.

Bobbie (CoachUp client)
Coach Tina is a great coach. Was eager to communicate and show my daughter some good home training and stuff to strive to work towards. We look forward to working on these things and connecting again soon.
Amanda/ Client (Testimonial)
Coach T has was so much fun to work with. She is very effective at diagnosing what it was that i needed to change in my pitching and quickly came up with a drill and solution to fix it. My change up pitch is consistent and dependable now. Thanks for all your help!
