I am a Boston Police Detective (25yrs) I am currently a level 2 USA Boxing Certified Trainer. I have been featured on "BOSTON'S FINEST and "THE FIGHTERS" both aired on TNT and THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL I have been training for the last 20 yrs after competing as an amateur. My clients range from youths (8-16), adults (17-70) . Junior Olympic fighters, senior USA Boxing fighter, Master division, College Hockey NCAA Div 1, Junior Hockey, AHL and NHL players. I also donate my training to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault victims and child abuse. I offer spots in my gym to children that are victims of bullying. My mission statement is that boxing is for everyone and to ease the stereotype that it is a thuggish sport.

Competed in numerous boxing events as an amateur. trained under one of the most respected trainers on the East coast Bernie Dougherty South Boston PAL. I played many sports as a youth and encourage my youth clients and teams that i coach to do the same. i can apply boxing drills with any major sport and display the effectiveness a solid boxing background can propel you past your competition.

I sit with the client and go over any injuries that or limitations he or she has ,discover their goals and tailor the clients workout to challange them every session. and expose them to every aspect of the sport of boxing without risk of injury
