My experience in coaching includes training fighters for the local, the national and the Metro tournaments, also for the Golden Gloves. My levels of coaching are Metro U.S.A., Level 2 boxing training. I am a coach for Starrett City Boxing Club, and I also worked for Crown Heights Boxing Club. At these levels I have trained adolescence from the age of 14 and up, and to senor citizens til the age of 70. The certifications I hold are U.S.A. Amateur and Professional Second Corner Man; in addition, I out slugged Cential's Sebastian Domenico in Light Heavy Weight Bout.

I have been a Member of the Amateur Boxing since the early 80's. I won the Empire State Championship, Spanish Gloves and the Regional tournaments; furthermore, I had a short professional career in boxing.

An initial session with me begins with me noting the individual's innate ability, physique, age, temperament, and level of aspiration. I do this this to insure that the presentation of my skills are the right fit for my athletes , and to insure that the presentation of my skills are the right fit. The athlete will be made aware of my interest in their progress- short term, intermediary, and long term while discussing with them their aspiration. My session are predicated on the physical conditions of the athlete's body. My sessions would include conditioning such as, calisthenics , cardiovascular exercise and techniques; such as, boxing skills and tacits.
