More About Coach Temar

In 2008-2010 I coach girls summer highschool softball team rockisland Illinois recreation, we won two titles back to back. I train all age groups. I had helped out players from Burlington iowa also tarpon Florida and selma Alabama Concordia college.

I played baseball at Lincoln college Illinois where I batted over a 350 average and led team in stolen bases in conference. I also played at Selma University independent division one and Concordia college Alabama. After Concordia I played three years on the professional level spring training in 2013 tampa Yankees, singed as a free agent to the McAllen thunder also played with the ozark ridge runners, waterloo whiskey jacks in Canada and the Watertown Bucks in New York.

I will provide the player with basic and advance technique drills, hand eye coordination, reaction drills, strength and conditioning drills, so that the player can be an explosion on the feild while hitting and playing defense.

Coach Temar is a true professional, his experience in professional baseball was noticed right away. We specifically worked on cage hitting drills including timing mechanisms and using the lower body to generate power. We also worked on quickness in turning the double play and proper footwork around the bag. Because Coach Temar is a utility infielder he was an open book of knowledge and drills to help me get better. I will absolutely train with him again!
