Currently- I work for a sports performance facility called Infiniti Sports Performance located in Bellport, Farmingdale and Commack. For the Farmingdale location- a mix of soccer skill as well as speed, agility, strength and conditioning is part of the package!

My personal training is being done under my new and growing personal training business: Artis Soccer Training. I believe that individualized training is one of the best ways to develop your on the field craft, confidence and creativity. Artis is a Latin term used to convey character, skill, knowledge and methodology. My training encompasses all of these aspects in order to help players become not just athletes but artists of the game.

I was the assistant women's soccer coach at The Catholic University of America a division 3 school in DC.
In three years we received two conference championships, two NCAA appearances and two coaching staff of the year awards.

Most recently I was the assistant coach at Delaware state University - a division 1 college in Dover Delaware. I recently resigned to focus on training with the national team.

I have played division 1 collegiate soccer for Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ for four years. In High school I played for the Trinidad National Team and participated in a U17 World Cup Qualifier tournament under head coach Randy Waldrum (Head coach for Notre Dame women's soccer).

I am currently playing with the Senior Trinidad and Tobago national team as we train towards the 2019 World Cup in France.

I love coaching and the game of soccer. I enjoy working with all types of age groups, especially older children that already have a sense of the game (tactically and technically) and an appreciation for it. I want each athlete to learn to love the sport and become confident in their own abilities to play.

Warm up- Sessions will always start with a warm up. I will teach athlete the proper stretching techniques to avoid injury. Warm ups will also include some ball work. I like to work with a tennis ball at the beginning of the session because it enhances a players touch.

Drills- Drills will be structured to fit the needs of the athlete. It will range from defending, 1 v 1 (against me), shooting and technical and tactical work. Some drills will be based on game like scenarios keeping the athlete in a game like environment.

Fitness- Fitness will be at the end of practice. It will range from sprints, Plyometrics and individual strength (ie. push-ups, sit-ups) depending on the need of the athlete.
