Goals of each session will be determined far in advance based upon the player's needs. If those needs cannot be met, session will not be held. Depending on size of group and level-of-skill, age and skill appropriate exercises will be designed, typically borrowed from int'l youth academy curriculum. Players are expected to warm up ahead of time so session can maximize time. Players will be expected to cool down on their own following the session. Majority emphasis is on technique and tactics around those techniques.
