I have experience in coaching the Michigan Field Hockey Club in Ann Arbor 2013-2014, Simba Union Club (field hockey club) in Nairobi (Kenya) 2011, and Gulberg field hockey club in Karachi (Pakistan) 2010. I have trained all age group players at national and international levels. I also have Pakistan Hockey Federation certification stating my industry experiences.

National record in one match, scored 13 goals in Pakistan. Best player of the tournament in Houston Cup- 2014. Second top scorer in Pakistan International matches for the duration of 2006-2009. Man of the match in test match series, Pakistan vs Kenya- 2007. I have competed with various colleges and universities in Pakistan, many international teams representing Pakistan, various national hockey teams in CalCup representing Sacramento (CA), and competed in Chicago Cup representing Michigan Field Hockey Club. Have been awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals in various tournaments at national and international levels.

Initially I focus on players' weakness and fitness, and then teach an individual drills and techniques accordingly. After carefully reviewing the player strength I build a session plan focusing on ball control, passing, shooting, attacking, offense, defense, and tactics. I train an athlete in the field as well as use boards to demonstrate and explain concepts.
