More About Coach Summer
I have been playing volleyball for over 10 years now. I am very passionate about this support and hoping to shine some of that passion to my new client. I am doing one on one clinic's at my gym in Plano,Texas. I current coach club volleyball for Summit in Plano.
I played 4 years of high school Varsity Volleyball at DeSoto High School. I was voted top in the District as an Middle Blocker. Most Improved as a Freshman on Varsity. I later played club for 2 years where I was seen my OU Volleyball head coach and at the time University of West Virginia Volleyball head coach my senior year. I played 3 years of NCAA Woman's Volleyball at The University of Oklahoma.
The typical sessions will be defense,hitting , blocking and conditioning. The focus would be footwork, and correcting form for my hitters. I want to make sure my players understand the meaning of defense and defense win championships.
