My experience in Boxing is vast. I have over 45 years in Boxing. I have skill and knowledge in many disciplines of the Martial Arts. I have trained students in many Combat Arts, MMA, Kickboxing, or any other hand to hand defensive Art. I can teach from Amateur to Professional levels. I have taught these Arts all over the world. My time in the USAF took me to many foreign countries along with overseas contracts. This has given me the ability too work with others from different backgrounds and traditions. I can work with children as well as adults...I taught my children when they were kids. I am Certfied to teach Martial Arts as well as Boxing. My vast knowledge and years of experience can help maintain the richness Boxing deserves.

My accomplishments were first achieved in Karate and Judo..I achieved a level of Semi-Pro status in Kickboxing. Competition was held in the USA as well as overseas in Asia. I was all Philippine Kickboxing Champion in the 70's. I then became USA Amaetuer in the USAF. I Boxed Semi-Pro in the 80's. I was given many honors from Commanding Officers for my involvement in Boxing in the Armed Forces.

Each session will be productive. We start and end with warm -up drills. The sessions progress as you learn each one in succession. I move at a pace you are comfortable with. The length, time of instruction, and intensity is worked out with each individual student. We are there to have fun along with accomplishments. Let's work together and make things happen.
