More About Coach Steve
I started my career during college training football, basketball, and track athletes while studying sports medicine. I furthered my development in basketball skills development and overall basketball IQ with Spalding. Which lead my down my next path working under a speed coach for professional athletes.
I used my knowledge to accelerate my high school athletes to college athletes and my college athletes to professional. My professional athletes excelled as well becoming better producers and increasing their stats.
I have clients that work in the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS and over seas.

I was the head trainer and speed coach at D1Sports
. I was also the NBA speed combine trainer at Chris Paul’s gym for 3 years
I was the head speed coach at Chris Paul’s CP3 Academy.
I have taken every opportunity to advance my knowledge and growth as a trainer.
I start each session with a dynamic warm up and assess any areas that are tight and need additional attention. This is followed by resistance band training. During this time we will focus on form and execution of the workouts for max results. From here each workout is tailored for each clients needs. I will work with my clients on explosiveness, muscle growth, flexibility, and how to use their natural momentum. Every session is ended with sports yoga and recovery.
