I’ve coached athletes from a variety of ages & variety of sport backgrounds. I’m finishing my graduate program at the University of Denver in Sport & Performance psychology. I’ve worked with athletes as young as 10 years of age, through the collegiate level. I am in the process of working towards my Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and will graduate with my Masters degree in June.

I played soccer in college at Columbia College where I was named Honorable Mention All-American for the NAIA & Female Athlete of the Year in 2014 at Columbia College.

My approach to performance lies in whole-person development. My goal is target development in a way that not only upgrades quality of performance, but also enhances quality of life. Integrating the mental & physical aspects of performance in daily practice & during competition are what I am extremely passionate about. I believe being able to identify & commit to personal values as well as enhancing self-awareness are the foundations of improving performance in sport & in life. A typical session includes open, honest conversations/check-ins and psychoeducation or interventions dependent on the client’s needs.
