21 years of overall coaching experience. I have coached at all levels from Semi-Pro, NCAA Division 1, Junior College, Club, and High school. I hold a USSF C license and United Soccer Coaches National Diploma. I am currently the Head Coach at San Diego Miramar College and San Diego Parciero Ladies (Semi-Pro WPSL). I work with kids as young as 6 all the way to adults. I work with both goalkeepers and field players.

I played goalkeeper professionally for two years after graduating from the University of San Francisco. I player goalkeeper and forward at the University of San Francisco with an NCAA Division 1 school. I set records for most mins played, shutouts in a single season, saves in a single match, and earned the green and gold loyalty award my senior season. I was also captain of my squad for 3 seasons.

This will vary based on the client's needs and training goals. A typical session would include a dynamic warm-up focus on preparing the body to train. Then we would transition into a technical focus. In 60 minute session typically there at 3-4 technical activities, then we would transition to a competitive game that puts into practice the technical focus for the session.
