Hitting Session -
In my hitting session I will start with tee work with a lot of drills, after the client feels comfortable with the changes to become a better hitter, I will do front toss work, I will add some drills with the front toss session, then at the end I will finish with a feel good from toss.

Defense Session -
I will start with a good warm up that includes strength and conditioning workouts. I will work with a lot of cones drills that will make you quicker to get to the ball. Explosion and a quick drop step is what is going to distinguish you from the others.

My philosophy -
Softball is all about quantity and quality. When combining both you will see the results. With a lot of drills you will educate your body and mind to understand the right movements to achieve success.
