More About Coach Sheridan

I was the head coach for a boy's high school team in Utah in 2018 I have helped run multiple soccer camps in Utah. I have helped run soccer camps for kids ages 4-12. I have helped run college ID camps teenagers. I have done 1 on 1 training for young kids as well as teenagers. I have and can work with any age group.

I graduated from UVU in the spring of 2018 where I was a Division I Collegiate Soccer player. I played at UVU for 5 years and during my time their I helped my team make it to the NCAA tournament for the first and second time in the school's history. I was the leading goal scorer on my team my sophomore year and I was a captain my senior year.

The first session I typically focus on the main soccer skills and I have the client work on each skill so I am able to analyze and see where the client could improve. The first session I also ask the client specifically what they want to work on as well so I can plan future training sessions to cater to their needs. Depending on the position of the client (offense, midfield, defense, or goalkeeper) I will create drills that specifically help them improve in their position. My sessions are intense and I expect my clients to work hard. My sessions start off with a warm-up that involves agility work, and then I get straight to the intense drills that push my clients to be better (drills for the clients position and needs), and then I end with a quick cool down.

Coach Sheridan is a very high level Coach. My 9 year old son is a very competitive academy club soccer player. She provided him a very intense training. She practiced turns, dribbling, one touch passing, volleys, finishing, attacking skills, defensive skills, agility, ball skills and much more. She was very positive with him while providing an intense session. She really worked him hard! Coach Sheridan has high energy and amazing soccer skills. My son learned so much from her and had a lot of fun!
