More About Coach Shawn
I have coached amateur and professional athletes since 1998. Working with the NBPA I have coached and mentored over 500 NBA players since 2001. Over the past 30 years I have worked with athletes from the Washington Redskins now the Washington Comaders, Washington Wizards, Liverpool Football Club, and the Japanese National Track and Field team. Athletes 12 to 93 train with Coach V. I have an international certification in speed , agility, and conditioning. I am a certifying board member of S.A.C. Can/Jap/USA. During my spare time, I am head sprint coach at Wakefield High School in Arlington Va.
Shawn Vass is a 6 time All American track and field athlete from George Mason University. He is the current Penn Relays Collegiate Mens 4x400m Relay record holder. 3:03.34 set in 1991. I also qualified for the 1992 Olympic trials in the 400m.

My sessions are 1 hour long. A session includes warm-up, dynamic flexibility, sprint drills, ladder and cone drills, sprint mechanic training, strength training, sport-specific training, and cool down. Group sessions are available.
