More About Coach Shannon

I have 10 years of experience coaching, working with individuals, groups, and in camp settings. I have worked with athletes ages 7-22 ranging from beginners to D1 college athletes.

I am a 5-year division 1 soccer student athlete and captain at the University of Notre Dame winning an ACC championship and 4 NCAA tournament appearances. I was recognized as team MVP in 2019 and have been recognized for numerous community and academic awards within the University and the Atlantic Coast Conference.

I like for sessions to be high energy and centered around what is best for the athlete. I tend to focus on the technical side of the game in individual sessions. Overall, I love to make sessions fun and engaging!
