As a club soccer coach at One7 Ministries, I've had the pleasure of inspiring players of all age groups. Here, my role extends beyond teaching the fundamentals—I develop comprehensive training plans and strategies designed to harness each player's unique talents. I have the privilege of offering private sessions, tailoring programs to each child's specific needs. Through this personalized training approach, I help young athletes enhance not only their skills and tactical understanding but also their love for the game. My certification underscores my commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all those under my guidance.
During my athletic journey, I had the privilege of playing Division I soccer at Liberty University, where I developed my skills and found a deeper understanding of the game. Following this, I signed a professional contract with Charlotte Independence, where I spent five years competing at a high level and gaining invaluable experience. These experiences have shaped not only my playing abilities but also my coaching approach, allowing me to offer firsthand insights into both collegiate and professional soccer realms.
I like to start with a brief discussion to understand their objectives for the session and any particular areas they want to focus on. Whether the session is about improving technical skills, enhancing fitness, or strategic gameplay. We would then move into a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for intense activity. our session would feature technical work and drills created to help the client in game situations.
