Current coach at Vision Academy of Waukee. I have been working with players of different ages ( from 6 to 14 years old ). Also I have worked with college and semiprofessional soccer players doing personal coaching sessions based on specific topics such as; strength, agility, speed, reaction, technique and positioning on the field.

I played for three years ( Chico FC, Atletico Bucaramanga) at semiprofessional level in Colombia (South America). Also, I have played for two different colleges in United States (Graceland University and AIB College of Business). On the other hand, I played for Des Moines menace for two seasons. Last accomplishment, Winner of the US Open Cup in 2013 (Des Moines Menace)

First of all, get to know the player on the first practice to identify strengths and weaknesses. Secondly, set a plan of work for the player to improve technique and skills. On the other hand, teach the player How to transform weaknesses in strengths.
