Player development is a long process that requires a lot repetitions especially in younger ages.
In my Session Plans I tend to check my costumers' skill level and based on that make the future session plans.
I teach the basics such as dribbling with different surfaces of foot ( inside, outside, laces), passing/receiving the ball properly, and basic skills such as bell move, scissors, etc. For more advanced players I work on agility, first touch, shooting and teaching more advanced skills such as Elastico, Cryuff, etc.
My goal is to improve the players during each session until they reach to their potentials and be able to compete higher levels.
