I've coached various age groups:
*U10 boys competitive. Record 8-1-3
*U16 boys rec. record 9-1-2. Also won finals.
*U18 boys rec. record 7-0-5. Also won finals.
*Trained kids individually on the side.
2 times a week with self-cardio training.
* Learned all my training routines from several places one was at indoor soccer. I trained with the professional team Turlock Express. Went through training to learn more. Another one was a coaching seminar I took in the last summer.

From all my experience playing soccer, my main highlights were from the age 14-17. Played travel soccer with academic, Assyrian FC, and other teams around the Central Valley. My record wasn't that high in goals because I am a defender. Clean sheeted a while season with Assyrian FC. Never red carded. Played as a stopper or last man. Best season yet had 6 goals and 5 assists. I tried out for Modesto junior college when I was 17 I made the team but I had to work and that interfered with soccer.

I like to work on more technical work then stamina training. Stamina mainly comes from the person that is training. My focus is more teaching ball control, confidence, and personal growth.
