My name is Sandy and I currently coach MS Volleyball at a private school and for a local club. I have run summer camps, focusing on the basics of passing, setting and hitting. I like to stress good form and repetition, and will work to help the athlete achieve her goals.

I will start my sessions with a dynamic warm-up, assessment of current skills and abilities and ask the athlete what she would like to accomplish in the session. I like to apply the basic skills along with the knowledge of the game of Volleyball. If an athlete has a specific position she plays we will focus on that, along with the basics.

At the end of the session, the athlete will notice an improvement in her skills, meet her individual goal/s for the session, and a better understanding of the game of Volleyball. If more than one session is scheduled, I will give the athlete some drills to work on before the next session so we can build off the first session.
