Former Professional goalkeeper with experience coaching and playing professionally in the United States and in Sweden. I have had the opportunity to learn from some of the premier coaches in world goalkeeping. I specialize in creating a holistic goalkeeping environment where the focus is not on exhausting the goalkeeper by having them perform repetitive diving exercise, but instead to stress the technical and mental aspects of goalkeeping. I focus on improving a goalkeeper’s handling, footwork, diving, and distribution abilities by implementing a program tailored to each individual.

Cones/balls will be sorted and laid out before client arrives.
10-15 minutes: Active full-body warm-up, will include dynamic stretches, hand-eye coordination activities and footwork and agility.
10-15 minutes: Introductory exercises for session topic. Could be working on form for collapse dives or front smothers, or getting the steps right for catching high balls.
10-15 minutes: Intermediate exercises for session topic.
10-15 minutes: Game-like situations pertaining to session topic.
5-10 minutes: Cool down/stretch, mental training.
