More About Coach Samantha
I’ve worked with both goalkeepers and field players at high-level clubs from age 8 through high schoolers at camps, private sessions, and weekly team trainings.
I played goalkeeper at Harvard which was ranked in the Top 25 of Division I teams when I graduated. In high school, I received Chicagoland Player of the Year and All-American honors.
Sessions are customized to the needs of each player, but you can expect a dynamic session that serves as both a physical and mental workout while being mindful of the players’ existing load. Sessions would include a warm up with a lot of touches on the ball, skill-specific drills focused on technique improvement, competition putting that skill into practice, and a cool down including feedback and goal setting.
