As a coach, I’ve trained at the youth level, teenagers, college athletes and Pros for over 3 years. In California, I coach athletes from 6 to 18 years of age. I also train Division 1 college athletes and adults with interest in improving their skills in volleyball. I coach both indoor and beach volleyball

-Former professional volleyball player for Iran National Team with 10 years of national and International experience.
-Won 7 championships including: Asian Youth Championship (2008, 2010), Kazakhstan President Cup (2013), Iranian Championship (2009, 2015).

First time athletes will receive 25 minutes of free evaluation. Depending on the skill level, I will formulate training routines and mark goals and plans to achieve it. My training includes introduction to new technics, technic correction, fitness improvement during training and monthly evaluation.

Coach Sajad had an immediate impact on my 14 years old daughters’ during their first training session today. We love that he provided feedback that we can use to improve their skills at home. Coach Sajad worked with my 14 year old daughter on her middle blocker skills. I was impressed that he wasted no time and got right to business. I really felt like he really utilized all of the training time. He was very diligent and detailed, especially on my daughters footwork. As he was very focused on enhancing her skills, he also gave great feedback and compliments on good work when appropriate. We were very happy with his training and will utilize him again.

I scheduled a lesson so that my daughter could get help with serving. She was not able to hit over the net previously but by the end of the lesson she was able to get her serve over the net several times. Coach Sajad really helped her with her technique and also answered all her other questions she had. Also, he was able to schedule us in quickly which was really nice.

My 15 year old daughter has very limited experience playing Volleyball and is planning on trying out for the volleyball team at her high school next week. Coach Saj came to the rescue. During the lesson he went over the fundamentals with her. He was very knowledgeable and effective at teaching her how to set and pass the ball. He did a great job giving her the encouragement and feedback she needed to improve her technique. She finished the lesson feeling confident about the skills she learned and eager to have another lesson.

I am an adults and wanted to learn volleyball so that I could play with my friends. Coach Saj made me feel so comfortable and helped me learn extremely fast. I was able to learn core skills and improve immensely in a short amount of time. I could not have found a better coach. I highly recommend him to everyone!!! Thanks Coach Saj.
