14 years of Mixed Martial Arts experience. Specialize in Boxing & Muay Thai. I’ve coached at UFC Gym and Mayweather Boxing + Fitness. I can work with ages 5+.
3-0 record kickboxing. Experience in BJJ, taking First place in numerous tournaments. Successful records in amateur fighters that I’ve trained and cornered.
Science and technique break downs in form. Foot work, hand speed, punch combinations, mitt work, defense and lastly strength and conditioning.
