More About Coach Ryan

I worked as a coach for Blue Fire in IL and have done personal trainings and small group work for the last decade. I work with 6-16 year olds, but open to others!

I currently play professionally for the Houston Dash. This is my second year at the professional level. In my rookie year, I won Young Player of the Year and played both winger and outside back. Before going professional, I played in the SEC at the University of South Carolina, which is where I received the following awards:

I cater training session’s to the individual’s goals, but a typical training session with me would include technical-based work, position-specific drills, and usually ending with something larger, such as a finishing drill, long balls, etc. My goal is to always improve the player while also making the sessions as enjoyable as possible!

Ryan hit the ground running on the first session that she had to work with our son. She was quick to identify his needs and provide exercises to improve his technique. Our son is very excited about the opportunity to continue working with Ryan.
