I am a former national champion. I won the 2004 national jounior Olympics in Brownsville texas/2 time state champ. I never boxed professionally, but I've been to the ringside world championships twice.

It all depends on the athlete and what they want out of the experience if you want to be the best I will train you harder and smarter then ever if just want too take things slow more as a hobby that's fine I will train you for your goals
