Our first session will be about identifying areas of improvement. I like 1 on 1 session to last no longer than 1 hour as I do push you pretty hard during our time together. I focus most on the first touch and the ability to create with the ball. I am comfortable training athletes in almost every area of soccer besides goalkeeping.
