I have been training athletes from all over the world for over 30 years. Starting with children as young as 3 years to 72 years. Working levels from beginners to World competitors to Olympic medalist. I am USFSA COACH COMPLIANT and solely coach at Bellerive Ice Rink located in Sharpstown, TX.

Typically we will do a warm-up with some stroking, edges and moves in the field. Move on to spin technique and then jumps. Finishing with choreography. I also developed a special set of off ice stretches to enhance your flexibility on the ice.
