More About Coach Ronnie

I am a certified personal trainer. I specialize in training track and football athletes. I also off weight loss or weight gain plans among others. I coach track and field at Cypress high school. I have personal trained at Golds Gym now named CF fitness. I can work within any age group.

I am a former college track athlete. I received football offers but track is where my heart is. I am currently back in the circuit for professional track. I am from Louisiana. I hold the vertical and 100 m record for my high school. I graduated and decided to attend ULM.

It varies with the client. They always start with basics and build within a 4 to 8 week plan as they progress. After that we ramp up the intensity.

I always start with high energy because I feel that the more energy you put out for your client the more they put in. We warm up for 5 minutes then go directly into dynamics to make sure they are nice and loose. After their blood is flowing, if stretching is needed then I will walk them through the stretch. They have a few minutes to grab water and catch their breath. After that it’s 100% whether it’s weight or running.
