During each Conditioning session, we will often implement the ball to continuously challenge the technical side and develop a much sharper response, all while the Mind & Body are under high stress.
Overall Functional Strength will be the main focus of our gym session to help REDUCE INJURY and Improve:

• Stability/Balance
• Endurance
*I believe maximum repetition with high intensity is the best way to train as it not only raises the fitness level, it replicates gameplay. We will build up to that.
