I have been coaching soccer athletes for over 10 years. I started working for a gym, then have been working independently for the last 5 years, focusing more on soccer athletes. I have worked with kids as young as 6, to middle schoolers and high schoolers. I also train collegiate athletes and professional athletes. I have multiple personal training certifications.

I played college soccer at Lees McRae where we finished in the Elite 8 and Sweet 16 back to back years in Division II Soccer. I was invited to multiple international combines and recruiting events.

I always start with an assessment, both for mobility and also for soccer skills. I incorporate exercises that help balance the body to achieve maximum performance, while training soccer movements and ball training.
