I coach the Men's Semi Pro Ridgefield Strikers in the 5th Division of the US Soccer System through the GSSL
Previous 10 years I coached and trained Women's under 19 teams, boys under 19 teams, and dozens of private sessions for the towns youth.
Prior to coaching at the semi professional level, I captained the Semi Professional Ridgefield Strikers team for 4 years until I was injured.
I was Captain of Bergen Community College as a freshman and both years I played at the school.
High school I played for Paramus Catholic.
A beginner session would consist of a proper warm up routine and a stretch followed by some mobility work outs. Simple two touch, and one touch coordination drills to assess the players skill level followed by drills concerning the clients wants. The training drills and conditioning becomes more challenging each session.
