More About Coach Richard

I am the Head Varsity Softball Coach at Laguna Hills High School. I have coached youth and Club Softball for the last 13 years at various levels. I Coach athletes from 6u-18 years of age.

First team All league selection my Junior year in High School. I did not play in college, because I found my love for coaching at an early age and wanted to give back to the Community

athletes who work with me can expect to start off the session exploring the mental side of the game, we discuss games played recently and then transition into what they should be looking for during their at bats as well as what they need to do differently or continue doing. depending on the athlete we work on what their strengths are power hitters will work on increasing bat strength etc.

Coach Richard is a great Coach! Brought my daughter and he did a thorough evaluation of her swing and he developed a great training plan. We can already see the improvement and my daughter always looks forward tho her lessons.

I had lost the love for the game of Softball until I started working with coach Rich. he makes the game fun again while helping you develop as an athlete to become the best you can be.
