I am a Professional Soccer Coach & Fitness Trainer with 20 years of extensive coaching experience and demonstrated success at all youth levels. My experience expands to multiple youth organizations including 20 years as a head trainer for Keliix Intra in Minneapolis, MN; 8 years as the head girls coach at Minneapolis Washburn High School; 9 years of training with Eagan Wave Soccer Club in Eagan, MN; and 16 years of off season training for college athletes where I emphasizes on agility fitness and plyometric.

As a soccer coach I am responsible for teaching youth the basics and transition forward with this particular sport. Not only knowing the rules and skills of this sport, I'm also patient and good with coordinating and managing a group of children, and their parents. In addition of coaching I also played through fours years of college, and semi pro for two years.
