More About Coach Regan

I have trained athletes for 7 years now from ages 4-16 years old. I am a professional soccer player for the Chicago Red Stars, so I have a lot of experience and knowledge for the sport.

I am on the Chicago Red Stars for my first year out of college soccer. I was the captain for three years at Northwestern University and won big ten awards. I also won Gatorade player of the year in high school.

I focus on technical abilities like dribbling and passing for individual sessions. In group sessions, we would do a lot of passing patterns that take both technical and tactical abilities. I have played every position on the field, so depending on the player we would work on specific position tactics/techniques.

Coach Regan greeted us with a smile and that smile was on the entire session. She worked very well with Kaeden (14 year old freshman), going over a series of warmups and drills to enhance his touch and speed of play. Kaeden had a good time and was engaged and enjoyed the session.

On our way home Kaeden said, "Coach Regan showed me a few different ways to do things that are more effective in not only doing the drills but are going help me during game play".

From my perspective his biggest improvement in one session was the strike from his opposite foot. We can't wait for our next sessions.
